Data is processed to respond to your inquiries and to fulfill concluded contracts.
Processing is based on your consent and/or the necessity to fulfill contractual obligations (Art. 6 (1) (a) and (b) GDPR).
Through our coupon widget you can request a coupon code. For this purpose we process the email address, first name and last name that you provide. We use this data to send you the requested coupon code by email and to send you further offers, coupons and information by email. The legal basis for this processing is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you give by ticking the corresponding checkbox in the widget. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal (Art. 7(3) GDPR). To withdraw, simply click the unsubscribe link at the end of any email or contact us at info@novafortis.ro. To send and manage these emails we use the service provider Klaviyo, Inc., 125 Summer Street, Boston, MA 02110, USA, which processes your data on our behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. In doing so, your data is transferred to the USA. The transfer is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR. We store your data for this purpose until you withdraw your consent or unsubscribe from the emails.
Data will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or necessary for contract execution.

Through the use of the Meta pixel, personal data may be transferred to and processed by Meta Platforms, Inc. in the USA. The transfer is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 (EU-US Data Privacy Framework), under which Meta is certified; additionally, Meta relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. This transfer takes place solely with your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
The hosting provider of this website (Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany) automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits to us automatically. These are: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing device, time of the server request and the IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources. It is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; we have a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and security of our website. The log files are deleted after no more than 14 days.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing.
